Meeting Minutes
This document represents the meeting minutes process that needs to be taken during meetings. This process is to be executed by the BLT project manager or team member designated by them.
During meetings it is vital not only to take notes, but also to extract action items out of discussion so they do not get lost after the meeting, and are then transformed into the task in the task-tracking system.
The primary objectives of this document are to:
Provide an instruction on what format to use while taking meeting minutes; and
Provide a guidance on how to extract action items out of notes taken.
Purpose
In order to maintain an accurate record of what transpired during a meeting, Meeting Minutes (or meeting notes) should be taken during meetings with clients and internal meetings.

Notation Instructions for Meeting Minutes: Write clear, brief notes, not full sentences or verbatim wording.

In order to complete the template correctly, include both internal and external items.
Follow Up Meetings
Action Items mentioned to be a priority for the next week or proceeding meetings, should be discussed at the next meetings. After each meeting, meeting minutes should be edited, and sent to the team. The Asana Board should be updated according to Meeting Minutes.
