Client Capture Loss Process
This document outlines the client capture loss process. This process includes the archiving of all the accounts and placeholders used for potential customers. This process is to be executed by the BLT operations staff.
The primary objectives of this document is to:
- Provide instructions on what accounts/projects/tasks/files related to potential customers should be archived and how.
Project Numbers Spreadsheet
Go to Project Numbers spreadsheet and edit the row related to the client capture. Use the following guidelines to following fields:
- Set End Date
- Set Status to Closed
Google Drive
Archive Google Drive folder(s) related to the client.
Slack
Archive the Slack channel(s) used to capture potential clients. The channels will most likely have names like #init-opportunities-VMD.
Asana
Archive all projects for the team/client in Asana.
